For those affected by Hurricane Harvey and who will need disaster assistance here is the info you need to initiate a claim.

 

If you have access to a computer go to www.disasterassistance.gov to initiate your claim. If you do not have access to a computer then call 1-800-621-3362 to initiate your claim.
