The August Gulf Council Meeting will be held at the Astor Crowne Plaza located at 739 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130. The agenda begins Monday, August 20 at 1:30 pm and ends no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, August 22, 2012.
Our negotiated group rate is $101.00 per night plus 13% tax ($13.13) and a $2.00 per paid room/night for a total of $116.13/night. The area’s current government per diem is $101.00. Taxes may be waived with the appropriate government I. D. Hotel’s cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. · Airport Shuttle from/to Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is available on the lower level in the baggage claim area. Pricing is $38.00 roundtrip or $20.00 one way. For departure reservations (returning to the airport), please call 504-522-3500 no later than 24 hours prior to your flight. Advance reservations will ensure your timely departure to the airport.
